Purchases are confirmed with Apple or Google before anything is added, which occasionally lags. Reopen the app first. If it has still not appeared, write to us with the receipt and we will sort it out.

Someone posted my recording

Use the copyright process, which goes to our designated agent and gets acted on quickly.

Someone is being abusive

Report the song from its menu in the app. Reports go to a person. If it is urgent, email us as well.

The AI analysis says something odd

It measures pitch, range, phrasing and vibrato from your voice alone. It deliberately does not score timing — without a backing track there is no beat to measure against — and it will say when a take was too short or quiet to read. It is a measurement, not a verdict.
