Deleting your account

You can do this yourself, in the app, without asking anyone. It takes effect immediately and it cannot be undone.

In the app

• Open Rate My Singing and go to your Profile.
• Tap the settings icon.
• Tap Delete account, read what will be removed, and type DELETE to confirm.

What is deleted

• Every take you have posted, and the recording itself.
• Every review and reply written on your songs.
• Every review and reply you wrote on other people’s songs.
• Your profile, photo, display name and sign-in.
• Any analyses you have bought and not used. These are not refunded.

What is kept

A record of purchases, with your name removed from it. The transaction identifiers are what stop a receipt being redeemed twice, so we cannot delete them without reopening that. They cannot be linked back to you.

If you cannot reach the app

Write to bhuwanenoch@gmail.com from the email address on the account, or tell us the display name you used, and we will delete it for you. We will confirm when it is done.
